Jill Krimm

Jill Krimm has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jill is currently the Chief People Officer at Abound Credit Union since May 2017. Prior to this, they worked at PBI Bank, Inc. as the Senior Vice President & Human Resources Director from March 2011 to May 2017. In this role, they created a centralized HR function and developed policies and programs for the organization. Before that, Jill held the position of Vice President & Human Resources Officer at Town and Country Bank & Trust Co. from April 1996 to March 2011. Jill transformed HR into a strategic business partner and managed various HR functions. Jill also has experience working at Ford Motor Company and Blue Cross Blue Shield in HR roles.

Jill Krimm obtained a Human Resources Management Diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University from 1989 to 1993. Jill also holds the SHRM-SCP certification from the SHRM institution, which they obtained in March 2015.
