Kate Watts, MSW, LCSWA, currently serves as the Intensive In Home Team Lead at Pathways To Life, Inc. since June 2023 and has held the position of Habilitation Technician at A SMALL MIRACLE since August 2020. Prior experience includes an internship at GiGi's Playhouse Inc. - Down Syndrome Achievement Centers from August 2022 to June 2023 and an internship at Nevins Inc. from August 2021 to May 2022. Kate Watts earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating in May 2023, after obtaining a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the same university in May 2022.
