Ian Canilao

Ian Canilao is the current Human Resources Manager at Above The Fray Design. Prior to this, they were an HRBP Officer at Aldrtz Corporation from October 2019 to December 2020. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at Transcom from February 2019 to October 2019. Ian started their career in 2014 as a Sourcing Assistant at Convergys and was later promoted to Escalation Specialist in 2012. Ian also worked as a Technical Support Representative at TeleTech Philippines in 2010 and as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance in 2009.

Ian Canilao has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from the University of Saint La Salle.
