Wania Moraes Troyano

Wania Moraes Troyano is the CEO and Founder of WMT Mentoria, Coaching Treinamento e Consultoria since May 2012, specializing in developing and customizing in-company training, conducting assessments, and facilitating complex problem-solving using Action Learning methodology. Wania serves as an Associate Mentor in Nonviolent Communication, Resilience, and Psychological Safety for leadership at Instituto de Mentoria, and has been recognized as a TOP 24 Brasil HR Influencer Groundbreakers by GOintegro. Active in ABRH-SP since June 2019, Wania facilitates study groups on High-Performance Teams, Nonviolent Communication, and Spiritual Leadership, while also serving on the council for the 2022-2024 term. Previous roles include Associate Consultant for Estação Liderança, Administrative and HR support at iSibr, and Master Coach at Wania Moraes Coaching, along with volunteer work guiding young apprentices in their career development. Wania's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Applied Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an MBA in Coaching from Fappes - SBC, among other qualifications.
