Ann Kelly

Ann Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ann currently works at Abridge as the Head of Recruiting, where they focus on improving patient outcomes through effective communication in the healthcare industry. Prior to Abridge, Ann worked at Meta as a Technical Product Management Recruiter, where they led a recruiting team and hired Tech/Eng Product Leaders. Ann also worked at The Honest Company as a Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing recruiting efforts across all business functions and leading various talent management initiatives. Earlier in their career, Ann worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Widger Talent, a Senior Recruiter at The Bouqs Company, a Recruiting & Fundraising Manager at The Painted Turtle, and a Global Partnership Consultant at SeriousFun Children's Network. Ann also gained experience in fund development at The Rotary Foundation. Ann's work experience highlights their expertise in recruiting, talent management, and community engagement.

Ann Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and French from Bradley University. Ann also studied French, Fine Arts, and Pedagogy (TEFL) at Université Rennes 2 in Rennes, France. Additionally, they pursued studies in Business, Acting, and Fine Arts at Richmond, The American International University in London, England. In 2004, they attended the Second City Chicago Improv/Sketch Program.
