Laura Bacon

Laura Bacon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Laura started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at BioLegend in 2010. Laura then joined Counsyl, where they held various roles including Senior Client Service Associate, Account Manager, Client Services Manager, and Project Manager. In 2018, Laura joined Honor as a Project Manager and later transitioned into roles as a Program Manager and Senior Program Manager. Laura then moved to Vim, where they served as a Manager of Provider Success, Director of Key Accounts, and finally as Director of Provider Success. Currently, Laura is the Director of Partner Success at Abridge.

Laura Bacon received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from San Diego State University in the years 2005 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Customer Experience Leadership and Google Sheets: Advanced Formulas and Functions from LinkedIn. Moreover, they are also a Certified Project Manager from the Project Management Leadership Group, Inc.
