Eva Owiti-Taylor

Eva Owiti-Taylor serves as the Head of People Experience at Absa Bank Kenya, a position held since January 2020, where the focus is on enhancing employee experiences through tailored systems and processes. Prior to this role, Eva worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Barclays from January 2014 to December 2019, providing HR consulting across several Enterprise functions to align people solutions with business strategies. Eva holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Towson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
