Mutale Chansa Nkonde

Mutale Chansa Nkonde has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Head of the Financial Institutions Group & GDOs at Absa Group since February 2020. Prior roles include Vice President and Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Barclays Bank Zambia Plc from July 2018, as well as Assistant Vice President for Public Sector & Financial Institutions at Barclays Bank from November 2011 to February 2020. Mutale began the career as a Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank from August 2006 to November 2011, and earlier experience includes roles as a Service Executive at 0800 Reverse and Sales Associate at TK Maxx. Mutale holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from Kingston University and attended Newham College in London.
