Nkgethu Tebogo Mampana

Nkgethu Tebogo Mampana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and regulatory business solutions, currently serving as the Head of Data Management at Absa Group since July 2021. Mampana has demonstrated expertise in managing regulatory portfolios, key relationships with regulators, and the implementation of regulatory projects and technologies. Prior to this role, Mampana held various positions at Nedbank, including Head of Regulatory Business Solutions and Business Solutions Lead, where management of strategy for regulatory change and compliance was key. Additional experience includes leadership roles in business analysis at Momentum and Clover SA, as well as a solid educational background with multiple qualifications from GIBS and the University of Limpopo.
