Tamara Parker

Tamara Parker is an accomplished professional in human capital strategy and operations with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Managing Principal at Absa Group since April 2024, Tamara previously led Mercer South Africa as CEO from June 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included setting strategic objectives and enhancing brand awareness across the African continent. Prior to this, Tamara held roles at Consolidated Infrastructure Group Limited as Human Capital Strategy Executive and Accenture as Global Organisation Design Lead. Tamara's career began at Resolve Workforce Solutions as an Organisation Design Consultant.
