Karen McGinnis

Karen McGinnis currently serves on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Alphatec Spine and Absci, where Karen holds the position of Audit Chair for both. McGinnis has extensive experience in financial leadership, having previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at Illumina and held senior roles at Mad Catz, Cymer, Insight, and Horizon. Additionally, McGinnis has been actively involved in various audit and compensation committees throughout their board tenures. McGinnis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
