Ryan Sours

Ryan Sours is a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in estimating and project controls. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Absher Construction since June 2013, Ryan has prior experience as a Project Controls Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, where responsibilities included cost and schedule analysis for a significant design-build project. Ryan's experience also encompasses roles at the U.S. Department of Energy, including a Construction Oversight & Quality Assurance Intern and a Financial Analyst Intern, where performance analysis and budget management were key tasks. Ryan began the career in construction as a Laborer at Chavallo Construction and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
