Peter Rutten

Peter Rutten has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions.

Starting in 2012, they worked as an HR Intern at AkzoNobel for a brief period.

In 2014, they joined Unique Sources as a Coaching and Training Intern, where they designed and executed trainings for different organizations and engaged in psychological coaching.

At Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, they worked as an Academic Teacher and Trainer from 2014 to 2016. Here, they educated students on various psychology subjects and taught practicals.

From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Operations Manager at Nordic-MUbio, responsible for monitoring budgets, ensuring operational excellence, and managing a small team.

In 2019, they became the General Manager at Nordic-Mubio, where they identified priorities and strategies for different areas of the organization and achieved ISO 9001-2015 certification.

From 2017 to 2022, they worked as an Operations Director at Exalpha Biologicals, Inc., overseeing site operations and implementing standardized processes.

Currently, they are working at Absolute Biotech as the Global Human Resources Director and has been responsible for all HR operations.

In 2023, they will transition into the role of VP of Human Resources at Absolute Biotech.

Peter Rutten completed their education history as follows:
