Claire Harvey

Claire Harvey has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, spanning over a decade. Claire started their career at Builder Services Inc. of NC as a Sales Assistant from April 2008 to August 2010. Claire then joined Ameritrust Mortgage, where they held various roles including RESPA Specialist (August 2010 - September 2012), Processing Assistant/Approval Submission (January 2012 - September 2012), Closing/Post Closing (September 2012 - May 2013), and Sales Support Specialist (May 2013 - February 2014).

Claire later joined Montage Mortgage(formerly Ameritrust Mortgage) as a Compliance Specialist (February 2014 - May 2015) and was responsible for creating a pre-QC checklist and completing quality control audits on loan packages. Claire was then promoted to Quality Assurance Manager (May 2015 - January 2017), where they cleared loans to close and trained team members on TRID.

In 2017, Claire joined Academy Mortgage Corporation as a Senior Loan Processor, where they reviewed and updated loan files, ordered necessary documents, and completed tasks required for underwriting submission. Claire also worked as a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant at McLean Mortgage Corporation from November 2017 to March 2018.

Continuing their career in the mortgage industry, Claire joined Infinity IPS as a Mortgage Compliance UW/Auditor from October 2018 to January 2019, where they ensured compliance with mortgage regulations remotely. Claire then joined Absolute Home Mortgage Corp. as a Branch Processor from January 2019 to July 2020, and later as a Corporate Processor since July 2020.

Overall, Claire Harvey has accumulated diverse experience in mortgage processing, compliance, loan officer support, quality control, and sales assistance throughout their career.
