Amy Shives

Amy Shives serves as the Controller at Absorb Software since September 2023, previously holding the position of Corporate Controller at Jobvite from July 2020 to September 2023. With extensive experience in finance and accounting, Amy has also served as VP, Finance & Accounting and Corporate Controller at Determine, a Corcentric Company, from March 2016 to July 2020, where oversight of a finance team and compliance with SEC filing deadlines were key responsibilities. Early career roles include positions in SEC reporting at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, where preparation of key financial reports was paramount, and Bluerock Real Estate. Additional experience spans positions at The Siegfried Group, Core-Mark International, Grant Thornton, and Dana F. Cole & Co. Amy holds a BS and a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
