Mark Knueppel has a diverse work experience in the sales and marketing field. Mark is currently working as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Absorb Software since 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Account Director in Marketing Solutions at RR Donnelley from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they successfully brought in six new clients and led a team to sell substantial Medicare direct marketing solutions.
Before joining RR Donnelley, Knueppel worked at LSC Communications from 2016 to 2019 as a Major Account Manager. Mark achieved revenue growth by penetrating a previously unsuccessful retailer and developing content management technology solutions for effective catalog marketing. Mark also managed and developed a team of eight individuals.
Knueppel has a long history with RR Donnelley, starting from 1992. Mark held various positions including Major Account Manager, Senior Sales Representative, Sales Representative, and Marketing Analyst. During their time, they accomplished significant achievements such as selling large enterprise accounts, expanding resources and service levels, and renewing contracts. Mark consistently grew their portfolio through new customer acquisitions and introducing new services. As a Marketing Analyst, they managed a multi-functional team and led a re-engineering project resulting in increased account share.
Mark Knueppel obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Valparaiso University in 1992. Mark later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, completing it in 2002. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Marketing in a Digital World from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2022.
