Anindya Roy Chowdhury

Anindya Roy Chowdhury, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of Cell and Gene Therapy. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Scientific Research lead at Pharmaron since September 2022, Anindya has also held the position of Senior Scientist II at Absorption Systems, focusing on biodistribution studies and bioanalytical method development. Prior to this, Anindya was a Senior Research Investigator at the University of Pennsylvania, where significant contributions were made to the understanding of mitochondrial function and its implications for diseases such as myocardial disease and Parkinson's disease. Anindya holds a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Calcutta.
