Amanda Fisher

Amanda Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amanda is currently working as a Project Finance Director at Abt Associates since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Operations at Amentum from 2022 to 2023, where they led an international team responsible for $645M of annual revenue. Before that, Amanda worked at PAE from 2016 to 2022, first as the Director of Business Operations and then as a Senior Business Operations Manager. At PAE, they managed financial reporting, reviewed EACs for compliance, and developed annual operating plan targets. Amanda began their career at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2011 to 2016. Amanda also worked as a Staff Accountant at Spitfire Strategies and PMD Associates, LLC, and as a News Producer at WBFF Fox 45 and WMDT ABC 47 News.

Amanda Fisher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, which they completed from 2012 to 2016. Amanda also attended Towson University from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Accounting. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and Spanish from Salisbury University, graduating in 2004. Additionally, Amanda has completed certifications such as "Communicating with Impact," "Maximizing Your Influence," and "Mastering Management Essentials" through ExecOnline, Inc. Amanda is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Maryland Department of Labor & Licensing.
