Marlen Vong

Marlen Vong is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in managing HR functions at Abt Associates as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to this role, Marlen served as a Human Resources Development Officer at the Ministry of Finance in Timor-Leste from October 2014 to May 2021. Marlen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, obtained from Flinders University, completing the degree in June 2014.
