Adrian Peters

Adrian Peters is a seasoned professional in quantitative research and development, currently serving as the Quantitative Research and Development Lead at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) since January 2021, focusing on strategy development. Previously, Adrian held significant roles at BlueCrest Capital Management, LLP in systematic trading and quantitative equities, and as a Research Associate at IMC Financial Markets, where optimization, back-testing, and high-frequency trading were key responsibilities. Adrian's earlier experience includes a Senior Researcher position at SAP, overseeing a team on the Sensei project and advising PhD students, as well as entrepreneurial efforts in startup creation at EPFL, backed by a 100K CHF grant. Additionally, Adrian served as Software Architect and Project Manager at eQuadriga AG, contributing to multinational software projects. Academic credentials include a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from EPFL and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
