Ahmad Jibreel

Ahmad Jibreel has over 15 years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud services. Ahmad started their career as a System Engineer at Prosys IT services, where they designed and deployed systems and network solutions for SMB and large organizations. Ahmad also handled network installations and maintenance.

Ahmad then moved on to work as a Senior Systems/Network Trainer at Compubase, where they trained individuals on system and network administration.

After that, Ahmad worked as a Senior System Engineer/Trainer at EXCEED IT Services, where they provided consultancy services and advanced IT trainings on Microsoft products, Citrix Systems, VMware, and Cisco Systems.

Currently, they are working at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as the Acting Head of Modern Workplace and Support Services. In this role, their responsibilities include being an IT systems expert in various areas such as Microsoft M365 services, Azure cloud services, and Citrix systems. Ahmad is also leading the Cloud adoption project and planning and implementing the M365 project.

Ahmad Jibreel received a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from Jami'at Mu'tah during the years 1999-2004. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Azure Solutions Architect certification from Microsoft in January 2020 and the AZ-103: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification in November 2019. Ahmad also completed training for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in May 2019. Ahmad has additional certifications from Cisco, including CCDA, CCNA, CCNP, Cisco Certificated Systems Instructor (CCSI # 32832), and Cisco Security Solutions and Design Specialist (CSSDS). Ahmad also obtained certifications from Citrix, including Citrix Certified Administrator, Citrix Xenapp Administrator, and Citrix Xenmobile Administrator. Other certifications include Enterprise Vault Administrator from Veritas Technologies LLC, MCITP Enterprise Messaging Admin (Exchange 2003-2007-2010), MCSE, MCTS, Microsoft Certified Trainer, and VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V5.0] from VMware.
