Michelle Shim

Michelle Shim is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Grow Therapy since January 2024 and a Clinical Therapist at Abundance Therapy Center Inc. since October 2021. Previously, Shim worked as a Clinician at Western Youth Services and held various roles in education, including Instructional Aide and Substitute Teacher at Fullerton Joint Union High School District. Additional experience includes serving as an Entertainment Host at Disney Parks & Resorts and a Dance Instructor at Snowglobe Perspective, where unique choreographic experiences were provided to community dancers. A background in managing group homes and working as a Behavioral Therapist at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders demonstrates a comprehensive approach to individual care. Michelle Shim holds a Master of Arts in Educational & Clinical Counseling from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
