Jon Rickers

Jon Rickers has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jon started their career as a Corporate Trainer at West Corporation in 1998. Jon then joined ITT as a Training and Development Specialist in 1999 and later became a Manager and then Director of Human Resources at the Flowtronex Division.

In 2007, Jon joined EnPro Industries Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources for the STEMCO Division. Jon was responsible for various HR functions, such as talent development, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. Jon also led the EH&S and IT departments across multiple countries.

After leaving EnPro Industries, Jon founded their own management consulting firm called PEG Consulting in 2019. Jon'sfirm specializes in transforming organizations through a focus on people, experience, and growth.

Most recently, Jon was selected as the Chief People Officer at ABX Innovative Packaging Solutions in 2020. In this role, they are responsible for building the organization's people strategy, leading HR, and shaping the company culture to drive results.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated a strong track record of strategic HR leadership, driving organizational change, and delivering effective people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Jon Rickers has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1996 to 1998. Jon completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology, earning a Bachelor's Degree from Texas Christian University from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Jon has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Actualized Leadership Profile (ALP) from William L.
