Mathilde Chataigner

R&D Project Manager/PhD at Abyss Ingredients

Mathilde Chataigner has been in the field of nutrition and neuroscience since 2015. Mathilde began their career at CHU-Hôpitaux de Rouen as an Assistant of Pharmaceutical Innovation and Research Resident in 2015, where they developed a HPLC/MS-MS assay for cholesterol's precursor's measurement in a clinical trial, extracted RNA, conducted Reverse Transcription, and performed qPCR. Mathilde also developed extraction methods (liquid-liquid, solid phase). In 2014, they worked as a Support of the Pharmacist Assistant, where they developed hospital preparations of vancomycin and ceftazidime strengthened eye-drops, validated a HPLC/MS-MS assay, and conducted a bibliographic study of stability studies. In 2017, they began working at NutriNeuro - INRA as a Research Intern, and at the same time at Abyss Ingredients - NutriNeuro Lab as a PhD Student in Nutrition & Neurosciences. In 2021, they began working at Abyss Ingredients as an R&D Project Manager/PhD.

Mathilde Chataigner began their education in 2011 when they attended the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy for a first joint year of Health Study. In 2012, they moved on to the IUT Amiens and earned a Bioengineering Technical National Diploma in the field of Food and Biological Industry. In 2014, Mathilde Chataigner graduated from Institut Polytechnique LaSalle Beauvais with a Food and Health Sciences Engineer degree in Prevention, Diet and Health Benefits. Finally, in 2016 they completed a Master 2 (M2) in Biology and Pharmacology of Aging at Pierre and Marie Curie University.
