Lee Wishnov

Lee Wishnov has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various industries. Lee currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Abzena since May 2023, previously serving as Director of Human Resources. Prior to Abzena, Lee worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Art Institutes from January 2014 to October 2016. Lee also worked as an Employee Relations Manager at Garda Cash Logistics from March 2012 to June 2013, and as an HR Director at Vertical Screen, Inc. from January 2007 to October 2011. Lee has extensive experience in HR leadership roles, including as an HR Director at ATX Communications / Broadview Networks from October 2004 to January 2007, and as a Sr. HR Service Specialist at Einstein Healthcare Network from October 2002 to October 2004. Lee started their career as an HR Advisor at Genuardi's Family Markets / Safeway from February 1999 to October 2002, and as an Account Representative at Municipal Tax Bureau / MBIA from May 1997 to February 1999. Throughout their career, Lee has been involved in full-cycle recruitment, payroll administration, benefit management, coaching and counseling, and the development and retention of employees. Lee has successfully completed various projects, including the consolidation of benefit plans, implementation of 401(k) retirement plans, and the transition to online enrollment processes.
