Vera de Guzman-Ocfemia

Vera De Guzman-Ocfemia currently serves as the Vice President of Legal, Governance & Compliance at ACEN, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this, Vera worked as Senior Counsel at AG Counselors Corporation (Ayala Group Legal) from October 2012 to December 2020, and held the role of Senior Manager at SM Investments Corporation between September 2011 and September 2012. Vera began professional legal practice as an Associate at ACCRALAW from November 2007 to September 2011. Educationally, Vera De Guzman-Ocfemia earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo School of Law (2003 - 2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a Minor in Philippine Literature from Ateneo de Manila University (1999 - 2003).
