Marcia White - Chartered Fcipd

Marcia White is an experienced operations manager currently serving on the Global Leadership Team at Impact Consulting since April 2021. With a robust background in social care consultancy since October 2015, Marcia has focused on CQC pre-inspection preparation and long-term strategies to enhance profitability and sustainability. Prior experience includes a role as a SmartPA Partner from October 2016 to September 2021, delivering outsourced back office support and Managed Services. Marcia's earlier work at Ealing Council involved commissioning for public health and managing the Youth Justice Service, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality services. Marcia holds an Extended Diploma in Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and an HND in Public Administration & Computer Studies from the University of West London.
