Raquel Henriques

Raquel Henriques is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and strategic management. Currently serving as a Conselheira Consultiva at Associação Brasileira de ESG and an Associate at Academia Europeia da Alta Gestão, Raquel has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Jaguar Land Rover Brasil since August 2013, leading a team of ten and reporting to the HR Directorate in the United Kingdom. Previous roles include Director of HR at Grupo TCI and Manager of HR at Voith Serviços Industriais do Brasil Ltda, where significant cultural transformations and operational efficiencies were implemented. Academic credentials include an MBA in ESG from Ibmec, a Master of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and a Master of Social Work from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
