C R Mathangi has held various roles in the past few years. In 2021, they became the Founder and President of Youth Leaders in Medicine - Bangalore Chapter and a Core Member of the Curiosity Group. They also became a Young Researcher for Academia.edu. In 2022, they became a Co Manager for Angel Xpress Foundation Digital, a Youth Ambassador and Student Fellow for Lifology | The Guidance App, a Science content writer for VidyaVerse, a Student Researcher for Teens for Cancer Patients, a Member for International Science Reserve Community, and a Certified Member for Unwired India. Additionally, they became the Head of the Cancer Awareness Mission by Youth Leaders in Medicine - Bangalore Chapter.

C R Mathangi attended PSBB Learning Leadership Academy from 2009 to 2022 and then Rajarajeswari Medical College & Hospital from 2022 to 2028, where they earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery - MBBS in the field of Medicine.
