Sandra Miles

Sandra Miles, PhD is an experienced Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University with a strong background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Women's Leadership. Sandra is currently the Head of Practice for Team Development at Academic Impressions and serves as a National Speaker and Presenter on these topics. Sandra has previously held roles such as Vice President for Student Affairs & Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at a small private college in Northeast Florida and Vice Provost for Student Affairs - Dean of Students at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. With a PhD in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Florida State University, Sandra is a skilled consultant, leader, and advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives in higher education.
