Leah Southern is an experienced professional with a diverse background in partnership management and operations. Currently serving as Partnership Manager at Academy Music Group since November 2021, Leah previously held various roles at Apple from August 2009 to November 2021, including Operations Lead, Preservation Specialist in facilities, NSW Market Recruiter, and Specialist. In these positions, Leah demonstrated expertise in operations management, stakeholder communication, HR management, and training development, while consistently focusing on process improvement and achieving business objectives. Leah’s earlier experience as Front of House Manager at Wagamama from 2004 to 2009 further complements a strong foundation in customer engagement and team leadership.
