Tim Lynas

Tim Lynas is a seasoned professional in the field of property and facilities management, currently serving as Regional Property Manager at Academy Music Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Facilities and Projects Management Surveyor at Places for People from May 2019 to March 2024, and worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Anderton Gables from September 2017 to May 2019. Tim Lynas earned a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Northumbria University between 2000 and 2004.
