Amanda Bain

Amanda Bain, PharmD, MPH, MBA, FAMCP, has extensive experience in managed care pharmacy and healthcare management. Since 2006, Amanda has been a diplomat with the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), holding multiple leadership roles including Chair of the Organizational Affairs Committee and the Schools of Pharmacy Relations Committee. Amanda has served as the Director of Pharmacy and Care Management at The Ohio State University Health Plan, Inc. since 2008 and has been involved in various capacities within the organization, including directing the AMCP/ASHP-Accredited PGY-1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University, a Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Amanda's career also includes roles at Walgreens and Pharmaceutical Horizons, showcasing a comprehensive background in community pharmacy and consultancy.
