Janelle Hall

Janelle Hall is a seasoned professional with a strong background in implementation and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Implementation at Opus since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager, as well as a Business System Analyst at Humana from May 2019 to March 2023, where Janelle collaborated on API and web application development. Additionally, Janelle worked as a Campus Ambassador at Pearson, providing technology support and delivering educational presentations to large groups. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisville and a degree in Business from Anglo-American University in Prague.
