Erin Whisenant

Erin Whisenant currently serves as the Assistant Head of School at The Academy of Thought and Industry since August 2023 and has been with Guidepost Montessori in various roles, including Assistant Head of School, Community Manager, and Head of School since May 2019. Previously, Erin held the position of Head of School at LePort Montessori from December 2018 to May 2019 and served as Business Manager at LePort Schools from August 2016 to December 2018. Earlier career experience includes the role of Assistant Director and Pre-K Teacher at KinderCare from June 2014 to August 2016. Erin Whisenant earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington between 2009 and 2013, following graduation from Chantilly High School in 2009.
