John Chang has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. John began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Non Commissioned Officer - Tactical Cyber Network Specialist for six years, achieving notable accomplishments and receiving promotions. Following their military service, John held various roles in the financial industry, including positions at Deutsche Bank, Bloomberg LP, and U.S. Trust, Bank of America Wealth Management. At Academy Securities, they served as the Vice President, Rates Liquidity, and previously worked as a Mentor-Protégé Fellow. John also gained experience in global regulatory risk and compliance as a Global Regulatory Risk & Compliance Specialist at SEI. Additionally, John co-owned and managed operations at CSY Wholesale Inc. throughout eight years.
