Julie Fox

Julie Fox is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in coaching, leadership development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as President and CEO of Engage2Lead since November 2022, Fox focuses on enhancing performance and fostering innovation through supportive leadership. In addition, Fox holds positions as Associate Dean for the Intrinsic Leadership Experience™ program at Academy Within and Culture Activator at The Involvement Practice. Previously, Fox worked as an Executive Coach for Miller Heiman Group UK and held leadership roles at National Church Residences, Simpson Housing, Alliance Residential Company, and Lincoln Property Company. Fox holds a B.A. in Business Leadership from Ashford University, reflecting a strong commitment to developing effective leadership practices.
