Rajiv Mallik has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rajiv started their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2000, where they held various roles including Architect and Lead Developer until 2005. From 2005 to 2021, Rajiv worked at Blue Cross NC, initially as a Senior Developer and progressed to become the Manager of Integration Architecture/Development and Interop. During their time at Blue Cross NC, they spearheaded the Interoperability program, managed the CMS Mandate program, and led the Integration Evaluation. Rajiv also played a key role in establishing an enterprise-class DevOps pipeline. In 2021, Rajiv joined Healthfirst as the Director of Application Development before moving on to McKesson in 2022. At McKesson, they served as the Director of Software Engineering and successfully led the Application Modernization project, reducing time to market and improving code quality. Rajiv's most recent work experience is as the Senior Director of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) at Acadia Healthcare.
Rajiv Mallik completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2018 to 2020, with a focus on Strategy, Leadership, Finance, Data Analysis, and Marketing Analytics. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degrees, Rajiv has obtained certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), The Data Science of Healthcare, Medicine, and Public Health from LinkedIn, and PRPC v5.5 Certified System Architect from Pega Systems.
