Todd Williams, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources spanning over three decades. Todd has held various HR leadership positions in prominent companies such as Acadia Healthcare, Centene Corporation, Anthem, Inc., and State Farm.

At Acadia Healthcare, Todd currently serves as the VP HR Operations/Shared Services. In this role, they lead a team of HR business partner leaders to support facility HR team members and execute key business strategies.

Prior to this, Todd held the position of Vice President - Field Human Resources at Acadia Healthcare. Todd provided strategic HR business partner leadership and support to over 250 behavioral health provider-based hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities nationwide.

At Centene Corporation, Todd served as the Vice President - Global HR Business Partner, where they provided strategic HR leadership and support to 20 of the company's P&L markets and led a team of HR business partners through various HR functions.

During their tenure at Anthem, Inc., Todd held multiple HR leadership roles, including Vice President Human Resources. In this role, they provided strategic executive HR business partner leadership across the enterprise and led the implementation of a new centralized Associate Relations Resolutions Team.

Todd also gained valuable HR experience at State Farm, where they held various roles such as Manager of HR Shared Services Customer Service and HR Project Manager/Analyst. In these roles, they integrated regional HR functions, implemented HR self-service tools, and managed HR projects.

Todd Williams, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University (1988-1990) and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Jefferson College (1987-1988). In addition, they have obtained the certifications of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in September 2015 and Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2010.
