Delvin Kendrick, RPh, MBA has over 30 years of diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Delvin started their career as a Licensed Nuclear Pharmacist at Syncor International, Inc, where they prepared and dispensed radioactive pharmaceuticals for diagnostic procedures. Delvin then worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at National Institutional Pharmacy Services, Inc, providing pharmaceutical services in long-term care settings.

Moving on, Delvin joined Walgreens Advancecare as a Pharmacy Manager, overseeing long-term care pharmacy services. After this, they served as the Executive Director of LTC Pharmacy Operations at NCS Healthcare, Inc. Here, they managed a long-term care pharmacy with annual sales exceeding $4 million and achieved notable sales growth during their tenure. Delvin also developed strategic expense reduction plans and successfully negotiated pharmacy and intravenous contracts.

Delvin then joined Novartis Pharmaceuticals Company where they held various roles, including Senior Care Sales Consultant and Senior Key Account Manager, responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to key prescribers and developing account plans. Delvin subsequently became an Executive Neuroscience Specialist, focusing on promoting products to influential customers within their territory.

After Novartis, Delvin joined Sanofi as an Institutional/Long Term Care Area Business Leader, where they led a team responsible for achieving sales objectives in the diabetes market. Delvin also developed key opinion leaders and implemented speaker bureau programs.

Most recently, Delvin worked at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. as a Senior Long Term Care Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they led a team of long-term care specialty sales specialists, managed team performance, and served as an expert in disease state knowledge and selling processes in the long-term care environment.

Throughout their career, Delvin has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, business management, strategic planning, budgeting, sales, and customer relationship management. Delvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and an MBA degree.

Delvin Kendrick, RPh, MBA, completed their education in a chronological order. Delvin first attended Prairie View A&M University from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Delvin then enrolled at the University of Louisiana Monroe from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. Finally, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Our Lady of the Lake University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management.
