Karen Yamrus

Karen Yamrus is a senior paralegal who specializes in commercial real estate. Karen has worked in the legal field for over 20 years, and has experience in a variety of areas. Prior to their current position at Acadia Realty Trust, they worked as a senior paralegal at Mark Centers Trust f/k/a Mark Development Company. In their previous position, they were responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction process, from contract negotiation to closing. Karen also has experience working as a general practice paralegal, and has handled cases in many different areas of law. Karen is a highly skilled and experienced legal professional who is dedicated to their work.

Karen Yamrus has a Paralegal Studies certificate from a paralegal training program, a Certified Legal Assistant certification from King's College, and a Real Estate Salesperson License from the Real Estate Academy. Karen also has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from King's College.

Karen Yamrus reports to Kenneth F. Bernstein, President & CEO. They are on a team with Joseph M. Napolitano - SVP & Chief Administrative Officer, Jeremy Hill - VP Property Management, and Mark O'connor - SVP Property Management.
