James Toppa

James Toppa, CFA, CAIA, has extensive experience in finance, particularly in portfolio management and trading. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager at Acadian Asset Management since July 2015, James has held several roles within the firm including AVP positions focused on portfolio construction, trading, and analysis. Prior to joining Acadian, James worked as a Hedge Fund Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2014 to July 2015 and spent over six years at State Street as an Officer in Client Operations. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bryant University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
