Mid-Level Frontend Engineer at Acamp

Judith Sirera i Pulido has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2016. In 2021, they began working as a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer at Acamp, where they are responsible for the implementation of the latest features on the web using state-of-the-art technologies and frameworks. Judith also participates in the planning of the roadmap for new features, defining the tasks and timelines for the frontend team. In 2019, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they supported, guided, and mentored students with the development of their projects and assignments. Judith also worked as a Lab Assistant at MIDDLA, a workspace at KTH university where students interested in interaction design can build prototypes with digital fabrication tools. In 2018, they worked as a Digital Ambassador at The Swedish Institute, where they were responsible for the creation of both video content and blog posts about lifestyle as an international student in Sweden. In 2017, they worked as a Visiting Student at MIT Media Lab, where they were responsible for the design and development of the mobile and tablet application of the Mathland project. Judith also implemented Augmented Reality (AR) frameworks (ARKit) using Unity platform. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at Seamless Interaction Group, where they developed their bachelor's thesis as the follow-up project for the Touching Cube. Judith also implemented Machine Learning algorithms applied on top of data extracted from a physical prototype built using Arduino and basic electronics. Judith also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Physics Simulation course, where they implemented and developed assignments for students to put into practice the theoretical concepts learned in the course.

Judith Sirera i Pulido holds a Master's degree in Interactive Media Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2018 and 2020. Judith also completed research in Interaction Design at the University of Melbourne in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Multimedia Engineering from La Salle BCN between 2013 and 2018. In 2017, Judith completed a Tangible Interfaces Course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the field of Media, Arts and Science. Additionally, Judith holds certifications from Stanford University in Memorable Storytelling: A Powerful Business Tool (obtained in July 2018), Autodesk 3ds MAx (obtained in May 2015) and TOEFL: 95 (obtained in November 2017) from Educational Testing Service (ETS).
