Arkady Fridman has a diverse work experience in customer service and healthcare operations. Arkady started their career as a Member Services Representative at Fidelis Care in 2010. Arkady then worked their way up through various roles, including Behavioral Health Associate, Team Leader for Behavioral Health Associates, Supervisor for Behavioral Health Associates, and Manager for MLTC and SNF Operations. In these roles, they managed teams, implemented operational improvements, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. In 2018, Arkady became an Associate Director at Fidelis Care, overseeing the operational aspects of MLTC programs. Arkady joined NYC Health + Hospitals in 2019 as a Manager of Patient Accounts, where they were responsible for managing billing operations and developing strategies to decrease denials. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Service at Advance Care Alliance, where they lead process improvement initiatives and ensures operational accountability.
Arkady Fridman earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health Care Management from Utica University. Arkady studied at Utica University from 2016 to 2017. Before pursuing their MBA, Arkady Fridman completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Touro University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.
In addition to their academic achievements, Arkady Fridman has obtained several certifications. Arkady holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science at Binghamton University, which they obtained in May 2022. Furthermore, they have earned a Certified Contact Center Manager (CCCM) certification from BenchmarkPortal, obtained in July 2020.
