Caribel Peralta

Caribel Peralta has a diverse work experience in the field of social services. Caribel started their career in 2010 at Esperanza center, where they worked as an after-school program aide, respite worker, community habilitation aide, and quality assurance specialist until 2016. In 2017, Caribel joined Good Shepherd Services as a case worker, providing comprehensive case planning services for therapeutic children/youth and their families. In 2019, they joined Advance Care Alliance as a care manager, assessing patients' needs and creating personalized care plans. Caribel has demonstrated their ability to engage with individuals and families to develop appropriate plans of permanency and ensure the provision of necessary services.

Caribel Peralta received their Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College. Caribel attended the college from 2013 to 2016.
