Caridad Rodriguez

Caridad Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and social service sectors. In 2012, they started working as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at Heritage Human Services. Caridad then moved to ICL in 2016, where they worked as a Social Work Intern. In 2013, Caridad joined QSAC and held various roles, including Medicaid Service Coordinator, Medicaid Service Coordinator Supervisor, and Self-Direction Support Broker. During their tenure at QSAC, they were responsible for managing the care management department, providing supervision to staff, and educating individuals on services and community resources. In 2019, Caridad joined Advance Care Alliance as the Director of Care Management, overseeing care management operations. Their role also included supervising the care management team and ensuring effective communication of agency and program goals.

Caridad Rodriguez pursued their education chronologically, starting in 2004 at The City University of New York. From 2004 to 2009, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. After a brief pause, they resumed their education in 2015 and enrolled in the NYU Silver School of Social Work. Caridad successfully completed their Master's Degree program in Social Work in 2018.
