Rhonda Joseph began their work experience in 2020 as a Community Habilitation Specialist and Direct Support Professional at YAI. In this role, they participated in the formation of Individualized Service Plans for assigned consumers, provided hands-on training, advocated for consumer growth and community integration, and maintained functional schedules.
