Brett Newman, MHA, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in employee experience, growth, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Experience Consultant at ethOs, Brett focuses on enhancing organizational strategies to maximize employee engagement. As Vice President of Growth & Strategy at ACAP HealthWorks, Brett leads a sales team generating $4 million in annual revenue and oversees market and product strategy. Co-founding Joyages Preventative Care for Brain Health, Brett contributed to the development of a unique mental health program. Previous roles include Director of Innovation, Product Development Consultant, Financial Analyst, and Analyst, demonstrating a strong background in sales, client services, and data management.
