Janka Pacinová

Janka Pacinová has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Learning and Development. Janka started their career at GE Money Bank as a Customer Service Supervisor and later transitioned into an HR Specialist role. Janka then moved to Česká pojišťovna, where they held various HR positions, including HR Senior Business Partner and HR Senior Development Specialist. Currently, they are working as the Director of Learning and Development at Accace, where they focus on fostering a healthy corporate culture, open communication, and individual and team development.

Janka Pacinová studied Management cestovního ruchu at the Technical University of Košice and achieved a "Bc" degree. Janka then pursued further education in the field of professional qualifications, obtaining certifications as an Autorizovaný zástupce pro profesní kvalifikaci and a Lektor dalšího vzdělávání. Additionally, they completed a degree in Manažer dalšího vzdělávání in the same field of study.
