Gerhard Auer

Gerhard Auer is currently the VP of Sales for EMEA at Accedian. Prior to this position, Gerhard was the VP of EMEA at Spirent Communications from July 2018 to February 2020. Before that, they were the VP of EMEA at NETSCOUT from June 2014 to December 2017. From February 2011 to February 2014, they were the SVP of Sales and Services International at Empirix. From January 2001 to January 2011, they were the General Manager for CEE, DACH, CIS & MEA at JDSU. Their career started at Alcatel-Lucent where they were a Key Account Manager from January 1995 to December 2000.

Gerhard Auer has a diploma in telecommunications engineering from the Telecommunication engeneering college Vienna.
